In-vehicle computing places demands on rugged devices. Due to their docking position, users are usually viewing screens from wide angles, and often multiple people need to have screen visibility.
The new Getac Z710 features LumiBond™ optical bonding, which combined with an anti-reflective coating on the surface glass, provides a wider viewing angle of 178° degree to deliver extremely high contrast and rich color saturation. That means drivers and passengers have screen readability, no matter the device's dashboard position.

All-in-one and Instant Capture
The Getac Z710's 1D/2D CMOS barcode reader, HF RFID reader and 5 megapixel auto-focus camera allows it to capture a wider range of data on the move.
Scanning and Reading accurately
The HW barcode reader surpasses regular SW readers in several ways, including an increased scanning distance of up to 23cm, sensitivity regardless of bright or dim light, scanning capability in 360 degrees and a tripled scan rate. The Getac Z710's HF RFID reader also scans electronic data from tags attached to objects for the purposes of positioning and tracking. These data-capture capabilities are powerful tools for field professionals who need to handle logistics management and asset tracking with greater efficiency.

Powerful and Reliable connection
The Getac Z710 has an unmatched array of I/O options with excellent expandability for diverse uses: USB to RS232 conversion and HDMI are provided with an optional data cable. Moreover, Getac Z710 also delivers 3.5G WWAN with both data and voice capabilities, WiFi, bluetooth 2.1 Class 2, as well as antenna pass-through for in vehicle use; providing faster and more reliable speeds for better data delivery in real time.
