(such as USB Disk, USB Flash Drive) b)Download the System BIOS file from Getac website, unzip it and copy into this bootable disk. c)Boot from the bootable disk into DOS. d)Find the BIOS files in bootable disk and run "flash.bat", the BIOS update process will run automatically. If you've forgotten your Windows password and you're on a domain, you could contact with your system administrator to reset your password. If you're not on a domain, you can reset your password by using a password reset disk or by using an administrator account. For more information, please refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321305 for detail. If you forget the administrator password, neither have a password reset disk nor another administrator account available in your computer, you’ll be not allowed to reset the password. If the situation arises, you won't be able to login Windows and ought to reinstall or recover your Operation System. - What can I do if I lose my Fingerprint password?

If you've lost your Fingerprint password, you could login Windows by your windows password, and then delete the current fingerprint password through the fingerprint utility. If you’ve also forgotten your windows password, please refer to FAQ “What can I do if I forget my Windows password?” for more information - What can I do if I forget my BIOS password?

You can try to use crisis BIOS flash tool to recover the BIOS. Please refer to the page "Download" to search the right tool. If there is no crisis BIOS flash tool available in your product or the tool doesn’t work, you could contact with local dealer to recover BIOS by clearing CMOS Data. If both of the above methods fail to work, please refer to the “WebRMA” page to follow the repair process. - What can I do if I forget my HDD password?

If you’ve forgotten your HDD password, we might have no alternative way to reset your password or recover data in hard disk drive, it’s suggested to contact with local dealer to purchase a new one. - What can I do if I forget my TPM password?

If you've forgotten your TPM password and the encrypted data couldn’t be gotten back, we are sorry that you will need to send your product to service center, please refer to the “WebRMA” page to follow the repair process. - How to set GPS for PS535 series?

Firstly, please get into the GPS setting option, set the GPS software port to GPD1,and set the GPS hardware port to COM2 port,then tune transfer rate as 4800 bps. If you install other GPS program in PS535 series, please close the Taclink program of PS535 in order to avoid the conflict between programs. If GSP function still can’t work after the above setting process, please try to reset it to factory defaults by following PS535 user’s manual on Getac webpage :Support>Download and page 65 will guide you how to reset as factory default. - Where can I buy the Getac product?

The Getac Standard warranty is five years (sixty (60) months) for Getac fully rugged products, and 3 years (thirty-six (36) month) for Getac semi-rugged, business rugged and handheld product. The battery and accessories warranty is twelve (12) months. - Can I extend the warranty for my Getac product ?
