Where can I find my product’s SN ?
There is a SN label pasted on the bottom cover. The Part Number is also printed on the label. Please refer to the pictures below. Why does the battery not charge (Battery Charge indicator does not light amber)?
Make sure that the AC adapter is properly connected and the battery pack is installed correctly. In addition, to prevent damage and potential risk, the charging process will not start when battery is too hot or cold. Please charge the battery between 10˚C ~30˚C(50˚F ~ 86˚F) environmental temperature range and avoid charging the battery inside a closed vehicle or in hot weather conditions.
